We here at Abon strive to achieve superior customer service and continuously seek improvement
and excellence in all areas of our business.  We have devised a few guidelines to help us give all our
auction customers the best and fastest possible service.  Feel free to contact us at anytime if you have
any questions regarding anything listed below-or any new ideas you think would help make our
auction system better! Our number is 1-419-522-5346.  All auction customers will be
expected to have read the following prior to the end of their auctions.  Abon thanks you for your
continued business and support! Our goal is Complete Customer Satisfaction Through Excellence.


Abon’s Ebay Auction System Policies

1. We accept Visa, Master Card, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, and personal checks.
    We hold personal checks for 10 business days.  We are not responsible for the safety
    of cash sent through the mail  If you send cash in the mail your auction sale amount
    will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.

2. Bidders with more than 1 auction must inform Abon of the ending date of the last auction
    if they want the product held and shipped together.  10 days beyond the end of the 1st auction
    ALL orders must be finalized.  Once you have received your grand total the order can not be
    changed.  Grand Totals will be given within 3 business days of the last auctions end.

3. ALL payments must include AT LEAST one of the following:
   · Registered ebay email address
   · EBay auction item ID#
   Payments received without one of these items or illegible writing of any of these items will be
   returned to the customer.  If we don’t know who you are we can’t send you the product.

4. Sending us your name and mailing information as closely as possible to the end of your auction will
    greatly expedite your order-and help us get your product out to you as soon as possible.

5. Payments must be received within 10 days of the end of your auction.
    All orders open beyond 10 days will be cancelled.  Customers who are unhappy with their purchase
    may return the UNOPENED product (with a return authorization number) within 10 days of receiving the product, for
    a full refund of the purchase price.  We cannot pay for return shipping for either domestic or foreign shipments.

6. We do not guarantee or insure any international orders, we will ship international orders but accept
    absolutely no responsibility for the  product once it leaves our building should it become lost or stolen.
    The post office will not reimburse us for lost orders so we cannot reimburse our customers.  Sorry!
    International customers . We do not falsify custom forms either.  Sorry, but the full value of the merchandise
    must be included on the custom forms, or we are breaking US Laws. Also we cannot be responsible
    for any product that is lost or damaged as a result of an act of terrorism, as shipping insurance does not
    cover it.

7. All buyers are to pay actual shipping/handling.  (And insurance optional if desired).  All coins must be
    insured to be shipped.  Shipping methods are UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service)

8. Any bidders who have not responded to us within 10 days from the end of their auction will be filed
    with eBay so that we may be reimbursed for our listing fees.  We give all our customers 10 days to
    finalize the auction process.  If timely payment does not occur within 10 days from the ending date of the
    auction(s) we reserve the right to file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay to regain all fees and commissions
    associated with that item.  Once filed, a NPB alert will NOT be retracted unless it was filed mistakenly.
    If a bidder no longer wants an item and doesn't want an alert filed upon them-
    an arrangement can be made to personally reimburse us for any listing fees associated with that item.


9.  Considering the large number of auctions we are constantly running, we are occasionally out of a product.  If we are
     out of a product we will give you a refund as soon as possible. 


10. Customers who leave NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE feedback for us will be blocked.  In addition, customers who leave
      derogatory comments in positive feedback may be blocked as well.

11.  All customers may keep winning our auctions as often as they like, but we ask that if you accumulate auctions,
       please pay every 7 business days.  All orders kept under 7 days worth of auctions will be sent out within 7
       days.  Orders accumulated for more than 7 days can take up to 2 weeks to be shipped.

12.  Orders over $300.00 USD must ship to a CONFIRMED ADDRESS if paying by Paypal, or the order must be
       paid for with Certified Funds, such as a Money Order or Cashier's Check. 

13.  Abon reserves the right to halt sales to anyone with an outstanding balance of $3000.00 or more.

14.  All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.  Please contact us about your return, for an authorization
       number, before you send your items back.  A restocking fee of 20% will apply.
